The TEC Support Officer will cover a range of responsibilities to include triaging referrals, developing the case study library, monitoring reports and supporting the TEC Practitioners. Whilst reporting and working with the TEC Lead you will respond to customer and provider enquiries. The TEC Support Officer will undertake training to support assessments, TEC installations and ordering of equipment, auditing and managing the mailbox and direct line. The post holder will work alongside TEC Practitioners in auditing of mobile devises designed to record activity in a customer’s home and record data on TEC systems in place. Developing and maintaining knowledge of suitable equipment and effective use of application.
