The START team are looking for passionate people who want to join our fast-paced Reablement team. Our team aims to enable people to regain their confidence, stamina and ability to re-develop the necessary skills to live independently.
No two days are the same, as your day-to-day tasks are based around the individual’s changing needs and the overall end goal of that person. You’ll be encouraging activity and independence by assisting our customers with their personal care, domestic tasks, meal preparations improving mobility techniques etc.
