A position for an individual to work four days a week flexibly across three of our Day Centers as a Personal Assistant has become available. This role will be to help enhance the lives of the elderly/frail and those living Learning Disabilities/Dementia at our purpose built day centers across Windsor and Maidenhead.
Do you have experience of?
•Supporting to deliver activity programmes
•Communicating effectively and sensitively with the individuals and Carers
•Providing meaningful activities within the Services and community based venues.
•Working with people living with dementia/ learning disabilities as their advocate.
•Ensure that the Kitchen is kept to a high standard of cleanliness and that meals are cooked and served in line with current Food Hygiene Regulations.
•Supporting people with their personal care needs.
•Working in a close team environment.
Do you have?
•Excellent communication skills
•Person Centred Approach
•A experience / or a passion of working with people living with dementia
•Full driving license.
