Optalis was launched in 2011 as a Local Authority Trading Company (LATC) to provide Adult Social Care Services. We were the second local authority trading company in the country, and now we are one of the largest in the UK with around 700 employees striving to make a difference to nearly 5,000 vulnerable adults across Berkshire and Oxfordshire.
We have an exciting opportunity for an individual with a “can-do”, positive attitude and the ability to think on their feet, able to adapt to a variety of tasks to join our Head Office Team in the role of Executive Assistant and Office Manager.
In this role, you will take the lead in supporting our CEO and Senior Management Team (SMT), as well as providing office management for our Head Office. You will need to be pro-active, completely professional and have proven ability in providing high quality administration support at this level.
