Optalis was launched back in 2011 as a Local Authority Trading Company (LATC) to provide Adult Social Services on behalf of our shareholders. And now, we are looking to appoint a Deputy Head of Regulated Services to provide leadership to our Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead teams to ensure the best outcomes are achieved for all who use our services.

As the Deputy Head of Regulated Services, you will be responsible for supporting the Head of Regulated Services to ensure regulatory compliance through a system of quality assurance, continuous learning and rigorous application of relevant standards focused on achieving ‘Outstanding’ ratings across services. You will also provide sound operational oversight of personalised services in such a way as to promote the rights, independence and aspirations of customers, and which ensures that services are delivered based on a strong ethos of quality, compliance and value.

As an inspirational manager, you will provide leadership to the teams to ensure that care and support is person-centred, flexible and of the highest quality. You will be fully up to date with CQC compliance and knowledge, able to motivate, organise and provide the highest quality of support to the Head of Service and Registered Managers.
