Further information

We are looking for an Administrator to provide support to staff and clients in our Learning Disabilities Day Service. You will need to be enthusiastic, friendly and assertive as the post holder will be the initial point of contact for parent/carers. You will need to be well organised, able to work to deadlines and committed to being an integral part of the team. You will also need experience of working in a busy environment, have excellent IT and communication skills, be able to use your initiative and show a willingness to be flexible, taking a helpful and positive approach in your work.
Key Responsibilities are:
• Customer service admin duties - answering customer calls and assisting with general queries
• Requires an excellent telephone manner.
Key Skills are:
• Knowledge of finance & reconciliation
• Good IT skills
• High level of accuracy
• Previous administrative experience.
