An opportunity has become available for a Business Co-ordinator who will support the Registered Manager with business administration
We are looking for an individual that pays attention to detail and is able to work their way around the Microsoft office package confidently.
This job role will include:
• Delegated responsibility for creating/maintaining accurate financial records for all the Extra Care Services e.g. invoicing, payroll, budget reporting, absence, auditing etc.
• Ensuring the smooth operation of the administration of the service in accordance with Optalis policies and procedures, supporting CQC Compliance and other legislation directly affecting the Service and its customers.
• Ability to multi-task and be flexible.
• Managing delegated budgets, the ability to support the Registered Service Manager to ensure budgets remain within agreed levels and resources.
This role requires you to drive to all the Extra Care Services which are based in Wokingham, Woodley and Abingdon, so a full driving license and business insurance is essential.
